1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Areas: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc., to ensure fast and secure delivery across India.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.

5. Delays & Issues

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.
• We are not liable for any shipping delays once the product is handed over to the courier partner.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International orders are not supported at the moment.
