Returns Eligibility

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included
- A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized surgical equipment
- Opened or used medical consumables (such as syringes, dressings, or disposables)
- Sterile products if the packaging has been opened or tampered with
- Refurbished equipment after 3 days of use
Return Process

- Approval: Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in the following cases:
