• Returns are not applicable for disposable or hygiene-sensitive items like masks, gloves, or opened packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Face masks, gloves, syringes, or any sterile items once opened.
• Customized or made-to-order items.

3. Return Process

• After approval, our team will guide you with return instructions and address.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your product is damaged or incorrect.
• Include photo evidence of the issue to ensure a quicker resolution.
